From Liberty, South Carolina, Katlin Owen grew up with country in his blood and family at the center of his heart. Out in the country is where he draws inspiration for his songs, writing with the honesty and character that raised him. For Owen, country music has never been about chasing trends, it’s always been about writing what he knows.

That commitment carried him from his small hometown to Nashville, where he has become a trusted collaborator in studios across the city. He has recorded guitars and sung background vocals on records for Florida Georgia Line, Chris Young, Jon Pardi, Brantley Gilbert, Dylan Scott, Chase Rice, Riley Green, RaeLynn, Granger Smith, Blanco Brown, Mickey Guyton, Redferrin, and Locash.

In addition to his session work, Owen produces, plays, and sings on Brian Kelley’s records, cementing his role as both a versatile musician and a creative partner behind the scenes.
